Overview:
The Huron Vista Beach House has two units that can be rented separately or together for larger groups. When rented as a “combined house”, this wonderful beach home includes 8 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens for up to 16 people. Each unit offers outdoor space, plenty of parking and in house laundry.
The front unit, or as we refer to it, Huron Vista is a 3 level, 5 bedroom, 2 full size bath home. The third floor holds four bedrooms, including the master that has a king size bed. The others have a queen bed, double bed and a twin size bed. The second floor has the fifth bedroom with a queen size bed and a twin daybed. The full size kitchen is on the second floor with a BBQ on the balcony, immediately off the kitchen. The main floor has a spacious living room and games room for all of your board game needs! The bonus to this cottage is by far the Spa. With a comfortable seating area and an 8 person hot tub, it is sure to impress our guests!
The back unit, or The Beach House is a two level home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and large eat in kitchen. The master bedroom is off the main floor and has a king size bed as well as a large sitting area. It includes a Smart TV with a pull out couch for more sleeping options. Upstairs, the two bedrooms offer a queen bed in one room and bunk bed with twin and double bed in the other. The living room is also located on the second floor with a second large Smart TV. With a full bathroom on each floor, there is no need to fight for bathroom time.
The Huron Vista
The large house is a 3 level 5 bedroom, 2 full size bath unit with a king sized bed, 2 queen sized beds, 1 full sized bed and a single sized bed. This unit has been completely remodelled and has all new furniture as well. It comes equipped with a full kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops. New dining room table with seating for 8. It boasts two private balconies (one with a gas BBQ), luxury private spa room including an 8 person hot tub. There is a beautiful front yard with a swing and firepit. You can pull up a chair and sit on the front porch to relax and watch people go by. All new paved driveway with plenty of parking. Best of all is that you are just a 2 minute walk to the beach where you can enjoy Grand Bend's beautiful sandy beach.This house is located at 61 Centre Street. in beautiful Grand Bend and is just steps from the beach. It has something for every member of your vacation group. Relax in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit. This house was just remodeled in 2023 and has Flat Screen TV’s, Wi-Fi access, & washer & dryer in the unit. A fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator and a BBQ grill, will satisfy everyone's hunger after a long day at the beach or pool. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem.
